my knowledge is limited. At the same time can report have seen all sorts of weird detox in many ppl's reports over a decade. There are general guidelines about the weirdness and what to expect but each case is different. That is because everyone who breathes, has their own personal Toxin Profile. Your Toxin Profile and mine, and the next person's, are not identical. It is like a fingerprint for each person, unique. The dental Amalgams you may or may not have. The foods you ate the past 10 years and the toxins those foods may or may not have had. The vaccinations you may or may not have received. What was in the air where you lived, the water you drank, the food choices you made, etc. yadayadayada. Each person's Toxin Profile is their unique fingerprint. Sometimes, a lot of times, general advice of what works for most people in the past, works for most people in the future. But, there are outliers. I was lucky to be in the mainstream, no weird effects when I took iodine. If I were a person who had weird effects from it, I would interpret that as a gift of knowledge, because it would propel and motivate me to find out why. !! The old bible said there is nothing new under the sun, and any weirdness any person experiences with iodine, is nothing new that hasn't been experienced by someone previous.
