No. A "Pour-On" means just what it sounds like - It is applied topically (poured-on or sprayed- on) the skin/hide of an animal, and absorbed into subdermal layers of the animals skin, dispersing into blood stream that way. Usually a petroleum product is used to aid absoption, which would be highly toxic if ingested orally.

A "Drench" on the otherhand, is a liquid form of medicine given orally - usually with a measuring syringe (without a needle), slough, or plunger-gun to quickly get meds down the throat of an animal.

Pastes, pills, and injectables are other means to medicate animals.
