Yes it can be done ... and you can alternate juice fasting, Water Fasting and dry fast.

But, pneumonia takes time to heal ... sometimes days, sometimes weeks, and in rare cases months.

Sunbathing may help improve immunity.

The worst to do on pneumonia is to consume mucus forming foods like grains, sugar, potato, milk and dairy.
