Can anyone identify this?

I've been dying of chronic fatigue, acne, brain fog, memory loss, inflammation in the neck and shoulders, and immune deficiency. I've worked on correcting EBV, Candida, and gut dysbiosis. I did a three day Water Fast and passed "mucosly" stool and then stool that seemed to have worms in it. I diseccted some and discovered it was full of things that looked like this. Anyone know what this could be? Sidenote: symptoms always go away when I don't eat
