Ivermectin

Not sure where to put this, but am trying to put the bugs to sleep so to speak lol I have a lot of herbs to take and detoxing and eating right to do, but if you have seen any of my other posts, its a miracle I am even still alive. ANYWAY, I have a half tube of Ivermax equine past dewormer and I need to know how much of the paste to take and in what? I am determinend to do this so please help. Thank you.
