Well it's been as bad as anything you've seen.. I used to get that really heavy buildup you seen in photos. Usually it would just fall off in the shower though. I wouldn't try keep it on longer than that anyway.. didn't want to be walking around with that on my face anyway. The process was the same though.. skin grow back and I'd wipe it off, or it'd fall off, whatever. Lips always raw, always inflamed and red. Got plenty of Fordyce spots.

I tried the leave alone method a few times, unsuccessfully. I've always done constant moisture.

I didn't dilute the ACV at all; just shook up the bottle, poured some into the cap, dipped in my finger and drenched my lips with it. Tweet
