Did you ever resolve your problem with progesterone?

It is not clear to me if you are saying it was high or low on the test.

If your test result as 0.1 ng/mL, that would seem to be low according to the reference range you posed.

If you want to increase progesterone, there are OTC creams and Rx higher dose creams.

Pregnenolone is the immediate precursor as seen here and is OTC in the US

Were other related steroid hormones low, especially DHEA?

Do you have symptoms of "adrenal fatigue?"
