Possible Flukes

Hello, has any you ever dealt with these? I have now had two episodes with in one year. All of a sudden I get severe diarrhea with no warning, I also end up getting a fever and stomach pains. This seems to last for about 3-4 days and then all is back to normal. The both times I have lost about 10 pounds during the sick period. Any help is really appreciated I have currently been on assignment in Saudi Arabia for the last 3 year. Thanks. Tweet
