Re: Throwing up every flush

My 2 cents:

(1) I use Dr. Sutter's coke liver flush, usually that is milder than Dr. Clark's flush. Could search in his forum to know the process.

(2) Sometimes, I had the same problem, I mixed peppermint oil or thyme leaf powder in the Liver Flush mixture, that helped me to ingest it well.

(3) I stop taking apple juice 4-5 hours before doing the flush, that also assisted me.
