Keto Rash or Candida Rash

I have developed an itchy rash on most of my body and it’s continuing to spread. I started low carb dieting again and was on day 11 when it started. I’d gotten into Ketosis on the third day as I was only eating a total of 20 net carbs. (I use Keto urine strips for validation) I lost five pounds in 1 week and then on day 11 developed this rash. Everything I research says “Keto Rash”, which isn’t getting better even with increased carbs of 100 plus. It’s getting worse and Benadryl nor the steroid otc creams help. (I’ve since stopped them both) Here’s a little history too.... back in September I started taking Iodoral everyday and for the past three months taking 100 mg to help shrink the Fibroadenoma in my left breast. It was becoming huge and was very tender to touch. So, it’s shrunk dramatically in the past six months to maybe the size of a grape. (When I started it was about the size of plum). The pain is gone also. Since I’ve started I’ve also rid myself of the ganglion cysts in my arms. I had minimal detox symptoms when I started back in September and used natural unrefined organic Sea Salt mixed in warm water 3x daily to aid in the intro to Iodoral. Anyhow, do you think the rash I’m experiencing now is simply my body detoxing? (When I started this back in September I was not eating low carb and as the holidays progressed I ate even worse) So this strict two week low carb induction of 20 net carbs.... I’ve done it SO many times in the past without issues but was never taking Iodoral. I’ve never gotten into Ketosis that fast either and wonder if it’s the combination of the Potassium Iodide and low carb? Could I be experiencing a Candida die off effect and should I still be taking Iodoral? My dr put me on methypredisolone and told me to discontinue the Iodoral. Both changes have proven ineffective and I might even say made it worse. I visited a natural medicine store and am currently using Gaia Liver Cleanse, Thrive Probiotic and Lipase enzymes (I have no gallbladder). I’m diluting ACV and consuming it twice daily, taking baking soda baths and moisturizing with pure organic coconut oil. I’ve been dealing with this now for three weeks. It’s horrible and itchy and looks terrible and I have no idea what to do. Do I go back on Iodoral? Do I go low 20 net carbs daily? Or do I continue taking the supplements and see if it clears up? Thanks so much! Sorry for being so long.
