White gnocchi parasite???

I've been taking praziquental, fish powder for 30 days, just incorporated allicin tablets. This weird thing, which reminds me of gnocchi, was in my poo this morning. Sorry, I can't upload the photos, but it's white and about the size and consistency of a cooked pearl onion or tiny potato. Does anyone know what this is? Also had some similar to a tiny octopus or squid that you would find at a Chinese buffet come out too...guess that's good, right?
