Scratches on body

not sure if this is the right area but was wondering if this looked familiar to anyone. I been getting these scratch like marks for about 2 years now, i originally thought they were bug bites but i have yet to find any bug besides a carpet beetle. sometimes it's just 2 or 3 pin prick marks but lately its been scratches around my waist and shoulders. I seen some thread on here about strongyloides? here's some recent pics
