Please Help Identify Parasite

I just did my first Gerson coffee enema and I passed some of those. Do you think it's a parasite? If yes, what kind? It was quite firm, didn't break apart easily and it had a more intricate shape than a regular piece of carrot. There is also a skin-like piece on one of the pictures, I also passed some of those. I am suspecting liver flukes. By the way, I am feeling quite refreshed after the Coffee Enema.
