I've had some success with Iodine Enemas. After my PSA test levels came back at 29.9 my Urologist scheduled me for a biopsy. After my biopsy I was given a Gleason score of 5+4. And according to the prediction chart, I only had a 15% chance that the cancer was contained. I had been having symptoms similar to a UTI for years. I was told the the cancer had moved into the nerve tissue. So I just assumed that was the reason for the UTI type pain. I had been on the Iodine Protocol for 6 months prior to my diagnosis. I started Iodine for other reasons back then. At the time of my diagnosis I had just reached 72mg a day. And I could feel a lot of the good benefits of the Iodine already. After my diagnosis I jump my intake to 300mg a day orally and another 50mg in the form of an enema. As of right now. 3 week of enemas. The UTI pain has completely disappeared. And as far as the low odds of containment go, I have had the nuclear CT & Full Body Bone Scan. Both showed nothing has spread. I don't know if the 6 months of the prior Iodine Protocol had anything to do with that or not. But since my Dad had PC, I decided years ago to supplement with lots of Vitamin C & Antioxidants. I credit this for keeping the cancer contained. I am yet to run this theory past my Urologist. My next appointment with him is next week. At that time he is expecting me to make a treatment decision.....
