Severe iodine deficiency

Hi,

I have been battling lyme disease for quite some time. I recently done a tests that showed a severe Iodine deficiency. I had the same test done 12 months ago and I started taking 50mg of idoral daily. It has done basically done nothing for my Iodine levels.

I have just started taking 150mg of Lugols Iodine drops and the companion nutrients. Is this going to be enough to raise my levels quickly? I have a lot of the symptoms related to iodine deficiency and want them resolved in a timely matter.

In the book The Iodine Crisis by Lynn Farrow, I read about a lady taking 150mg Lugols and 300mg of SKII iodine. I cant find any information on SKII or where to buy it. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated :) Thanks in advance.
