Strongyloides, ivermectin.

Is there anyone here double dosing ivm for Strongyloides infection. I’ve been using the paste. I know there are other options and if I dose double I might look into these options. I’ve been noticing the prices have been increasing throughout the last years. Even though I am getting small improvements I can see I have a very long way to go and I can’t help but think that I am not absorbing the single dose of ivermectin. So maybe 2 doses at separate intervals with breaks on weekends. Thanks for the feedback.
