its not that they are looking at it, they are storing it. they dont look at anything. when they want you they get everything and use it as they will. thats the problem. the only thing that is looked at are things that make money. they scan the data for money making ideas and steal them. then they patent them so no one can steal from them. its the essence of evil - pretending virtue.
