Greenlight laser/turp procefure not good

I just dont understand whats happening
I had two green light laser procedures
Also used turp for third lobe pushing into
Bladder. And i still cant empty bladder
And as time goes by after taking catheter
Out it seems to get narrower?
Doctor seems like he doesnt want to
Look into it ?
Will it point out he still has a narrow point
Somewhere after two procedures.
Second procedure was on the 1/15/19

I should be in better shape
Anyone have this type of procedures and
Difficulties with recovery?
