When do you take the castor oil/lemon juice mixture? First thing in the morning on empty stomach or right before sleep in the evening?

What do u mean by: '' after the castor oil mix is taken, no food or drinks until it comes out. It should not mix with anything''.. can i drink vegetable/fruit juices with salt during the day aafter I swallowed the castor oil/lemon juice mixture?
