A troll on Curezone?

maybe I'm being paranoid with all of the Russian trolling of social media these days...I got a message on my blog, and google identifies the language as either Russian, Slovenian (or possibly Croatian, Serbian, or Slovak)and then the second part is translated into English. the post seems pretty innocuous in and of itself, but why would someone using these languages want to hook me up with a website in the UK? I searched for other posts by the user who goes by the same user name; there is only one other message on the Curezone site, and that is to Kerminator, on the same day as the one he posted to me. Further, if you look down the list of comments, besides the ones I've left myself, Kerminator is the first name that is listed; coincidence?
