I don't see anyone else wanting to talk to you, so it should not be so confusing. :)
I came back to comment to you but noticed that you added a cartoon to your last post to me that wasn't there the first time I read it. It had meaning of it's own that needed addressing. You see christians as sitting on their hindquarters watching the world burn, as though we have not been involved in doing anything.
You also dismantled my meme by focusing on the character of the super heroes instead of Jesus. As christians we must not take away from what Jesus did on the cross when we talk about our works. Because they really are not "our" works. His Spirit flows through us and directs us and motivates us to do good works...but it has nothing to do with what Jesus did, which is the message of the cross. Our own good works never were the focal part of His plan. It is a result of the plan. We have to remember that.
Does God use people, to help stir and motivate other people to good works...of course. Please do that. But I ask you do it in an encouraging way. Not by hissing at people, and by realizing that not everyone has your same stance on issues.
One of the most motivating persons that touched my heart here at curezone was moreless. He was so positive about God wanting christians to influence the world...a similar type of influence that we see Trump trying to do today. He took me places in life that I would never dream I would ever go, in order to make a difference in the lives of people and of the world. It truly was an experience I would not have ever thought to do on my own. :)
We are not all meant to go out into the world and do the same things. Some will be helpful right where they stand. In their own little towns. Please encourage people to use their gifts.
