Oh! I never received an alert regarding this message. Yes, it's supermarket baby food. I will put an end to that and try to remember that the body takes time to heal. I do tend to think that one long Water Fast will permanently heal everything all at once! I do VERY well when I'm not eating but as soon as I start all the symptoms described above return, especially the pain on the upper right back, below shoulder blade and right where my bra strap hits. I'm scheduled to go in for a HIDA scan but have no intent of having my gall bladder removed should they find gallstones. I will incorporate more liver flushes. Anyway, if I'm reading all these emails in the correct order, it sounds like you are in India.
