Not too sure that she knows what she is talking about? Microwaves and RADAR are NOT VLF ( very low frequency ) or ELF ( Extremely low frequency ). Additionally, specific frequencies are important so, what frequencies are being emitted?

The difference between Rife, which is VLF up to HF and is far distant from microwaves in frequency, and RADAR, which is microwave, is a significant difference in power and effect.
