I have not seen a table of medications and their half-lives assembled here on Curezone here (as well as supplements), and I joined in 2005.
However, I have learned to look up the details for, for example, Escitalopram.
Google helps me find out that this medication has a wikipedia article:

And in the grey sidebar on the left there is information about how it is metabolized and eliminated, as well as it's half-life, under the section called PHARMACOKINETIC DATA.
For minerals, herbs and nutrients, the information on how fast they are eliminated from the body - it's valuable to learn how the lymphatic system, liver and kidneys function to eliminate waste - and how parasitic lifeforms/phamaceutics&pesticides&contaminants retard how fast material can be eliminated.
Those are the two sides of the coin when it comes to pushing out a medication/supplement, physically.
