People who have Tinea Versicolor. Do you also experience these symptoms?

Update: I think I have Candida. I'm currently following treatment plan from this Reddit post. I'll give an update if it works.

Doctors say I have tinea versicolor but I'm not sure because I have other symptoms. I want to know if other people with tinea versicolor get this.

Dirt comes off my skin when I shower (first picture is immediately after I shower with water still in the bathtub. Second picture is couple of minutes later with no water in bathtub.

My body swells up. Especially in my forehead. Here's an example of what it looks like. This is NOT me but someone else. I'm using their photo as example.

EDIT: I think I have Dermatitis Neglecta. The rubbing alchohal dirt test and it being similar to terra-firma-forme dermatosis helped me figured it out. The dirt from my skin was coming from soap bar. I figured it out by using drain stopper to stop water from disappearing while washing my face with soap bar.

EDIT: Dermatologists confirm I have Acanthosis Nigricans. I'll leave this the way it is so anyone who runs into these symptoms can look into Acanthosis Nigricans. Tweet
