I absolutely agree that he is not a true follower of the true God.

Rather, he is a true and fanatically zealous follower of the false god that is incorrectly represented in various parts of the bible as if it were the true God.

If this street preacher could legally get away with murdering his ideological enemies as has been the case at various points in the past within the institutionalized religious system that calls itself Christianity, surely he would do so while feeling fully justified through what certain bible verses actually do promote.

Thus the false institutionalized teaching of the 100% God breathed bible is in large part to blame and this false teaching has greatly confused and misled innumerable people including this street preacher.
