Coping with air pollution

Hello Dr. Hardy

Could you please share your thoughts about this situation?

I live in one of the most polluted cities in the world, New Delhi. It's the beginning of winter and today I woke up with tense muscles around my head because of the pollution. My early morning walk in the forest also felt suffocating.

Are there things I can do to heal and detoxify my body from the effects of the toxic air?

I am looking for things particularly for the lungs and more generally for the body.

I'm 33, male. I try to exercise regularly, eat a vegetarian diet which is mostly organic, do regular cupping for detoxification.

A friend suggested that keeping the liver healthy is the most important thing. Previously I've done coffee enemas and 23 liver flushes, which I plan to resume soon. Even after those 23 liver flushes, a Tibetan doctor that I see did a pulse reading and told me that my liver is weak.

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on this. Thanks.
