Alternative liver flush with magnesium glycinate. Any thoughts, experiences?

A friend suggested the following recipe for the Liver Flush -

In the morning, drink something warm, then take 2-3 pills of magnesium glycinate. After an hour, take the same dosage again. This will give you 2 or more bowel movements. Now take the oil with juice/coke and lie down for an hour. Now you can eat some fruit. Wait a few hours if you are nauseous. Eat fruit and drink tea till night. Tale another dose of magnesium glycinate at 6 PM or so. Take an enema at night. Next day, you can eat as normal.

Has anyone tried flushing with magnesium glycinate? I could not find any resources on it. I am interested in trying this because my alternative doctor has asked me to avoid too much sour or sweet, and thus, I do not wish to take the 6 days of ACV or apple juice.

However, in this recipe, what seems missing is malic acid which softens the stones. So I am concerned if the stones may not be evacuated because they are hard and stuck in the bile ducts.

Also, without an enema before the flush, I am unsure if its safe to flush.

I would appreciate any thoughts about this.
