Should I still use my glaucoma eye drops during/after a liver flush?

Hi everyone, I’m 24 years old, male, and have been dealing with open angle glaucoma for 5 years. It’s stolen a lot of my eyesight. I had 2 trab surgeries in 2013, one in my right and one in my left. My doctors want me to get another surgery done if the 3 new eye drops they’ve prescribed me don’t work: Rhopressa, ,Brimonidine, dorzalomide, and then latanoprost which I’ve been using for years.

I very much want to avoid another traumatic eye surgery, and the thought that I’ll have to face eye drops and surgery for the rest of my life because I’m not guaranteed a cure is unsatisfactory to me.

I’ve since found Andreas Moritz s’ ‘The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush’ which gives me hope. A quick search reveals he advocated flushes for glaucoma, but I don’t know whether I should continue using my eyedrops before/during/after the flush. Can somebody guide me? Thanks in advance.
