Ideas on getting Nystatin for candida treatment?

After being diagnosed with candida I've tried multiple diets and anti-microbials and a few antifungals. The only thing I saw real results with was nystatin enemas. Can't get from a regular doctor and the naturopaths in the area are booked up for months. Ordered some through Fludan in Canada but it's been in customs for almost 3 weeks now and it's not looking like they're going to release it.
Any thoughts on where I can pick some up?
