Day 3... some issues
Hi, I'm a newbie at this. I haven't gotten a chance yet to read the book, still waiting for it to come by mail. However, I think I've gotten enough info to be okay.
Couple questions...
I couldn't find lax. tea, so I am using senna tablets. Will that work just as well? It seems to, so far.
I've also been squeezing the lemons by hand, and get a lot of pulp. Will that set me back, even if I start being more careful tomorrow?
I'm also taking cayenne capsules instead of the powder, because I just can't get it down. How far back does that set me back?
I'm glad to see so many people are doing this simultaneously, and very glad I found this forum.
Does anyone have any advice for me? I haven't had any major craving, and have only gotten really hungry around the usual times, (1:30, lunch time and 7:30, dinner time). I drink the lemonade and it goes away, no problem.
I have yet to experience any added alertness and energy, when does that usually happen, if ever?
I haven't had any real cravings, beyond the "I could really do with a double cheeseburger right now" every once in a while, so I guess I'm lucky.
Hopefully I'll be able to do 14 days. With my lack of self-control, I'm surprised I've lasted 2.5 days.
So any advice would be help ful.
