Re: Building connective tissues in gut?
I am unable to increase the dosage of any deworming tincture (even with milder herbs) over 5-6 drops per day as my gut gets inflammed.
THEN THIS SOUNDS LIKE THE DR. HAY ORANGE JUICE FASTING FOR 14-21 DAYS WOULD BE BETTER OPTION TO ALLOW YOUR STOMACH AND INTESTINES TO SELF-HEAL.
Sometime earlier, I could take high quantity of PWA. That makes me feel that there could be problem with connective tissues in gut. I have started adding tea of Marshmallow root powder (5 grams twice daily), and that seem to be working with gut inflammation.
Some follow up questions:
Usually, when is the best time to take Herbal Iron formula?
HERBS BEING FOODS WILL STAY IN THE BODY LONGEST TAKEN BEFORE BEDTIME, OTHERWISE ANYTIME YOU NORMALLY EAT IS NORMAL.
Do you think that taking Herbal Iron formula closer to BF&C could adversely impact absorption of Iron.
NO
ALL HERBS AND FOODS DEPEND ON THE HEALTH OF YOUR STOMACH, LIVER, BLOOD ETC. YOUR ORGANS/BLOOD DETERMINE HOW THEY WILL MAKE USE OF THE FOODS YOU CONSUME.
Someone indicated that calcium intake close to Iron intake could adversely impact Iron abosoption, but would listen to your expert opinion.
SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT INORGANIC COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS.
HERBS ARE JUST SIMPLE FOODS, YOU CAN MIX THEM ALL TOGETHER OF IF YOU LIKE, 1 HERB AT A TIME; EITHER WAY YOUR BLOOD KNOWS WHAT TO DO.
Also, about Slippery Elm Gruel, someone indicated that 2 hours before and after taking this gruel, one shouldn't take food or herbs because Slippery Elm has a tendency to absorb the nutrients of such food or herbs.
SLIPPERY ELM IS A FOOD
LIKE ALL FOODS IT IS DEAD
YOUR ORGANS KNOW WHAT TO DO
Kindly let me know about your opinion on this.
WHEN IN DOUBT, READ THE DR. HAY BOOK AND FOLLOW THE ORANGE JUICE FAST. I SUGGEST THE FAST IS 10X EASIER AND 10X BETTER WITH HERBS. HISTORICALLY THE ONLY HERB MEDICAL USED WAS THE ORANGE. SO WHEN IN DOUBT WITH HERBS, FOLLOW BOOK AND IF HERBS ARE DESIRED, I SUGGEST THE LBB CAPSULES MAKE IT ALL SO EASIER.
BLESSINGS,
MH
