Do you use this? What have you noticed with it?
Reads like it's a building block that is suppose to help with gut repair but if we're eating a high protein diet shouldn't that take care of the single cell amino this would provide? What has your experience and research told you about how important this as a supplement? I'm not trying to take a million and one supplements but if you think this thing might have very large benefits in recovery I'm willing to give it a try...
