You can't be both

Paul an Apostle.... Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings or of god?
Or am I trying to please people?
If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ

The Lord Jesus said the world hated me and it will hate you. If you are like Jesus it will hate you.

If the people of the world do not hate you then you are not like the Lord Jesus Christ but likened to the people. You can't please both, you have to make up your mind.

Psalm 105: 4-5
Seek the Lord and his Strength;
Seek his presence continually!
Remember the wondrous works he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he uttered.

Take comfort from all the miracles that Jeuss performed for that alone tells us that he has more than enough power for all our needs.

That is why it is important to pray to God, Jesus said Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you.
