I have read so many good things about your vinegar that I wish to be able to make the same for myself and my family.
SURE, NOTHING IS MORE SIMPLE

You have said in your posts that you have a large pressurized tank and an aquarium pump to make it.
THAT IS ONLY BECAUSE I USE ALLOT---THAT TANK HOLDS 600 GALLONS

I STARTED MANY YEARS AGO WITH VINEGAR CROCK POTS.
THEY ARE ABOUT 5 GALLONS WITH A PICOT AT THE BOTTOM AND MADE JUST FOR VINEGAR MAKING. A LITTLE EXPENSIVE AND HARD TO FIND. I GOT 2 OF THEM FROM AN AMISH STORE THAT SOLD CROCKS.




How can I build the same thing on my property?
BIUY ANY PLASTIC TANK YOU WANT AND PUT AN AQUARIUM HOSE IN IT. FILL WITH YOUR PREFERRED JUICE AND WHAM---YOUR IN BUSINESS. NATURE DOES THE REST. CLEAN OUT THE MOTHER ONCE A YEAR

If you wrote a book that showed with pictures and explained how to do this I would be very interested in that!!!!!!
WOULD BE A 1 PAGE BOOK--THAT SIMPLE.

IF THIS FORUM DID NOT HAVE A VERY COMPLICATED METHOD OF PUTTING UP A PICTURE---I WOULD HAVE PUT THOUSANDS OF PICTURES ON THIS FORUM.
