Thank You Experienced Posters (that would be people who have done the MC as it is written more than once)

I want to thank you again for your expert advice that you provide here on the forum. Many times you have provided myself and countless others with what I consider excellent, sound advice. I encourage all new posters to this forum to understand that advice comes from experienced and non-experienced people. Personally, I prefer advice from people who have actually done The Master Cleanse as it was written when I'm asking questions about the MC. Please continue to do what you do.
