GI-MAP Results - High H. pylori, B. hominis, Low SIgA..

I recently took the GI-Map stool test and it shows I have high levels of H. Pylori, Pseudomonas spp./aeruginosa, Prevotella copri, Blastocystis hominis and incredibly low Secretory IgA 95 (ref range 510-2010). What are my options? Ideally natural but will do Rx if necessary. Currently struggling with fatigue, bloating, Sugar cravings, undigested food in stool, smelly stool and farts, anxiety etc.
