Apple Mint Tea

The apple mint tea grew about 6 feet tall this year and it blooms most of the summer and today I noticed just about every honey bee, butterfly and bumble bee is on the apple mint flowers......I assume apple mint honey would be pretty good stuff.

I only use the flower tops because they are large and plentiful. A patch of apple mint could easily supply an entire family herbal tea year around. Easily dried and made as needed or made fresh and freeze.

Besides a water distiller, every family needs a chest freezer, the 6 feet long ones are the best and not that expensive.

The mints give that "tea" flavor due to their essential oils. Otherwise you end up with a herb tea which is normally not as favorable.

I use a 10 gallon brew tea pot with a internal basket strainer which makes tea so easy anyone can do it....as long as they have enough distilled water.

The flowers must have alot of potential because all the bees and butterflies desperately want it...

I always put in a pound of red raspberry leaf tea to the 10 gallon batch and that gives the tea a dark color and lots of minerals because it has been dried. Dry tea makes darker/faster tea than fresh plants can.

I then ad so many things, it is impossible to know which herbs do what------but using the fresh apple mint tea this summer, the final blend has a "unique" result. The red raspberry is suppose to make men more men, women more women, stallions more horse and bulls more moo.......so that part is to be "expected" and anyone having problems having children---red raspberry is your herb, along with ginseng---

all that with various tinctures, maple syrup, cane juice, etc. this tea when you drink it----seems to enter the blood stream "RAPIDLY" and this is probably due to the fact I ad orange juice, pineapple juice, pomegranate, etc. along with a few more things....so the stomach recognizes it as food and the tea goes direct into the blood stream via the stomach walls..........BECAUSE of this---I can not drink more than 1 cup at a time---while fruit juice I can drink 1 -2 quarts at a time with zero issues, unless it is apple.

the blood does not freak out with fruit juice---but fruit juice with the herbs---enables the herbs to enter with the friend and that is where the drink can be "FELT" through out your body--particularly in the areas you may be hurting or for what ever reason you can feel it in your organs or muscles and this can last about 5 minutes after you drink it-------if you would drink slow or with food I am sure you would not "FEEL" it.

Normally I can feel an herb the first time I use it and then odds are I will never feel it again---for instance, the first time I used spray 3, I felt it instantly fill both lungs and run up the right side of my neck and across by eyes and then dissipate....and have never experienced that again.

really potent de-wormer sometimes you can feel it enter your spleen.

NOW with this HERB / JUICE BLEND, not only do I feel the herbs, I feel them every single time and in various places through the entire body and it can make you nauseous almost for a minute due to the DETOX coming back to the stomach walls and into the stomach.

This nauseous "effect" can be a sign you were poisoned such as when the doctor sticks you with a needle and injects poisons direct into your blood and you can feel those poisons being expelled into your stomach and you may throw up as a result---medical has a name for that effect.

KNOWING the teas/juices are friendly / safe foods---the effect back to the stomach is not a result of poisons, but a result of a FAST DETOX. This could be part due to the fact I add a pretty good amount of cilantro tincture or even perhaps the pineapple is just right that the blood can expel mercury, lead out super fast.....impossible to say or ever know....you only know something is happening on a super fast scale.

ONE THING
When blending juice into herbal teas, I am saving a fortune on buying juices every week......so the tea method is cost saving $$$$$$$$$$$$ wise for us.

I have endless herbal tinctures, etc. and the tea method is a simple way to use them---what I original called the 2012 MASTER HERBALIST THEORY KIT---which was too complicated/expensive for people to have any interest....

ICE COLD FRUIT SMOOTHIES are still my best, but very expensive to make when you use 100% juice and herbs---zero water.

WATER is CHEAP----about 50 cents a gallon to make your distilled water after you own your distiller.

FRUIT / HERB Teas are nothing new---commercial tea brewers sale it all over the country---they taste good, but you know they are cheap made, very little herb and not the real deal and normally cost about $2 per bottle.

I enjoy the wild peppermint, but it grows further from the house and I have to step in a little water or mud to collect it---while the apple mint is close, grows tall, grows carelessly and both teas cost ZERO and are there every summer for FREE.

Freezing does cost you $$$$
so those with less space, will only want dry tea and make as desired.

Mints are easy to dry, but I would never want to have a farm of teas and have to deal with the space and time to handle herb leaves and flowers on a grand scale.

FRESH gives you chemicals that no one really knows the effects of---MY OPINION, if it is good enough for the bees and the butterflies and known to be non toxic plant---then the flowers are my choice.

Somewhere I have a book from 200 years ago and the fellow surely came to america from europe and he 100% believed humans do very well by eating nothing but flowers.........I assume in the tropics humans actually would have enough flowers years around to eat.........and you know flowers are loaded with color and I KNOW humans do well with organic color---so maybe the fellow had something------but there are so many exotic plants that can be toxic, it would not be something to self-experiment with very easily....

The "RUSH" of herbs entering the blood stream is not the most welcome experience---but it helps you understand your herbs...I am 100% sure that is how many if not most herbs got their names and their uses---because not that long ago when humans were not poisoned---they all would have felt the HERB RUSH and knew where they felt after each herb was consumed and hoped that meant those herbs were good for that area of the body--I KNOW that is what Dr. John R. Christopher believed...and the native Indians believe.

Humans are so toxic today because their stomach are never empty.
