I had bad almost constant Acne too for a while (mostly chin and forehead), brain fog, fatigue, and general digestive issues. My doctor suggested I might have Celiac disease? I've cut back on the gluten a lot and my skin cleared up dramatically. Do you think you could also have some kind of food intolerance??
