Not a nematode (worm) and not tape which leaves flukes and it visually appears to be a fluke. You could research the use of myrrh which has been known to kill schistoma and also reports of fluke killing. There are other herbal preparations that might be able to help, although I have not seen much success using the Black-Walnut type of products, I would look at Ayurveda or TCM products. Using this with a prescription would likely be better. Check with your doctor.
