Help with super parasites, increasing amount of floater, bad stomach, and weight loss

Hey guys,

I've been lurking here for more than a year, and have learned lots of valuable info. So, thank you to you all!

I've did a doctors data stool test and it came back with
Enterobacter cloacae complex 2+
Enterobacter cloacae complex isolate 2 2+
Gamma hemolytic strep 1+
Klebsiella pneumoniae ssp pneumoniae
Citrobacter fameri 3+

I've been trying to keep the weight on for over a year. It's tough, I need to eat lots of calories. I'm 6" and at 140. I never feel hungry, and have poor BMs. So, I have to force myself to eat. After I eat, I get a bulge out of my upper middle stomach. Sometimes my lower boweld burn.

But probably the thing that bothers me the most is the eye floaters. Before there were a couple in my left eye, but now there are some in my right eye too. It seems to coincide with the grapefruit seed extract, which the test results shows that citrobacter farmeri is most susceptible to.

I lived in Taiwan for 10 years. I also was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago. I remember leading up to losing vision in my right eye (it has since returned 70%) that the floaters became firmer and firmer in color. Then one morning I woke up with completely gray vision in my right eye. That was the most terrifying thing that even happened to me.

I'm taking grapefruit seed extract and Hulda Clark 's formula...green Black-Walnut hulls, Wormwood and cloves. I don't know if this formula gives me multiple bad BMs a day.
I have the ultimate zapper, and have put in on my waist and the part that bulges out after I eat....could it be the citrobacter? However, I've yet to see any kind of improvement. I'm also taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , doing protocol 2000 (3 drops every hour for 8 hours). I take goldenseal sometimes, cayenne, and also have silver at home.

I'm tired of flying blind. Even my naturopath can't really give me any direction. I just want to beat this, get the good stomach back, get married, and get on with life. This stomach really gives me a lot of trouble. So ANY direction, how to deal with these bugs and the floaters would be greatly appreciated, from my heart. It's getting to the point where I'm desperate.

Questions for you guys:
Can this citrobacter farmeri breach the blood-brain barrier and cause floaters? I have managed to lower them before
Can the zapper reach these bugs? Should I zap my temples? I don't have any Amalgam fillings.
Can Miracle-Mineral-Supplement breach the blood-brain barrier? Should I continue protocol 2000?
What bug is causing weight loss? I did do another test that showed remnants? of ascaris/roundworm, but didn't tell me if it was still there.
I can't find anything about this citrobacter bug anywhere, and nobody knows about it. I do know it's gram-negative, and super hard to kill.
