Re: MY CURE FOR EXFOLIATIVE CHEILITIS (peeling lips)

I can go through the entire story of how I suffered, literally SUFFERED from EC for the past 7 years. I can tell you the many remedies that I've tried to no avail and I've tried EVERYTHING ever suggested, but I won't.. I will tell how I cleared up my most recent outbreak within 10 days. The swelling, the burn, the pealing, the embarassment, gone! Generally once the initial onset of EC appears, it takes anywhere from 3-6 months for the healing process only for it to return within the next few months. I had been dabbling with this home remedy but wasn't sure if this was actually the reason why the clear so soon because I was trying so many other remedies at the same time. Here's the one that cleared me up in 7 days. First onset of symptons: DAILY-Cut up a garlic clove, let sit for 5 minutes then ingest the cut up garlic as if you were taking a pill. THROUGHOUT THE DAY Apply Ice Cold compression to lips for 10 min Apply, with q-tip, an antibiotic ointment (I used polysporin) Apply generous amount of Aquaphor-This helps for the thick scab to easily fall off of the affected area of the lip without you having to peal it. After about a couple of days, you will notice that the scale on the lip is no longer THICK. after this you can limit the amount of aquaphor that you put on your lip. Continue this process until all the sypmtoms of the EC have gone. My belief is that it's the garlic that's fighting whatever bacteria is causing the EC. The treatment following the ingestion of the garlic gloves is to relieve the pain associated with the EC and assist with the removal of the crust that builds up on the lips. The polysporin is used to counter any infection that may incur on the lips. If you've tried everything else, and nothing has worked. try this remedy..It worked for me within 10 days and I hope it will work for you.
