Should I continue with cleanse?

After seeing some of the bigger flukes, I decided to keep doing the cleanse. I am beyond the recommended time frame, but since I am seeing results I do not want to stop. I know this is matter of opinion, but do you think it is more effective to continue or not worth any adverse consequences for continuing?
