maybe, but not everything which someone writes is copyright protectable. You may want to check with a lawyer, my perception is that a listing of ingredients of a substance is not copyright protectable, since there's nothing original about it. Unless you discovered all those components in the oil yourself, you got the list from somewhere else. Many court cases have stated that listings are not copyright protectable. Tweet
