Can anyone suggest a NATURAL meal for a intolerance test?
Basically, I’m looking for 2 NATURAL meals, one I can eat as a breakfast and the other as lunch/dinner.
The requirements are;
1) Does not smell offensive in case of eating at work.
2) relatively easy to prepare
I guess also a case of personal taste. I am willing to try and go on a ‘diet’ for many months to see if there is improvements.
