If you had a tape infection then likely you would see 'white rice' in the stool, these could be the eggs from the tapes, another possibility could be yeast/fungal particles.

Many people post strange things in the stool which in many cases would likely be mucoid plaque. Flukes have distinctive shapes, a google image search should help. Tweet
