Killing things off can make you tired and tax your system. You sound like you may benefit from food grade H2O2, google search One Minute Cure, plenty info out there. If you are going to take CS just make it your self with distilled water and keep the current below 1 or 2 milliamp. Build up your gut with things like fermented foods like raw sauerkraut (homemade) and prebiotics like resistant starch (Bob’s Red Mill Unmodified). Good Luck
