Good for you for taking the first step to educate yourself. The biggest thing is that you're just gonna hafta resign yourself that true permanent healing methods will take time and that things can actually get worse temporally while the system rids itself of toxins. In a serious condition you will hafta be tenacious and really focused and just suck it up and press on through the lows with the attitude that this too will pass and taking the lows as a good sign that your system is detoxing.
Again I can't emphasize enough that the rebuilding period of what you put back into the system is the crucial make or break to reap the benefits of any of the cleanses. Your *TRUE* cure will be your food and not the cleanses. It will take time and it WILL BE gradual. There are no shortcuts or magic bullets. Without this understanding that it *WILL* require a radical lifestyle change to affect any true cure and that you just can't keep putting back in the crap that you've been ingesting before you will not succeed.
