Hi Kimtull, if your friend are looking for IV Injection, I think outside US should be a reasonable choice. You could check this clinic, they operate in SEA, Europe and Mexico. for me, whatever the illness is, vitamin C alone will ever be enough, so make sure whatever treatment he receive at the moment should be able to continue after the choice he made.
