Candida and prostate infections

Hey guys, Question about prostate and candida: have been fighting diagnosed candida for a couple years. On the diet, anti fungals, Iodine all that. The candida seems to leave the door open to bacteria getting in my prostate. I know my urologist is going to want to put me on Antibiotics which I know are horrible for my gut and will just allow the candida to become stronger. Searching the web trying to find sound advice on another way to attack a bacterial prostate infection. Mostly coming up with ify results. Anyone out there found a way to treat this situation?
